Electric range wiring

Menderix handled the wiring for our new electric range. They asked for the appliance information ahead of time, so we weren’t trying to find the manual while someone waited. The kitchen was ready when the range arrived, and the whole thing was easier to arrange than I expected.

Garage outlet repair

The garage outlet finally works consistently again. They found the problem, explained it clearly, and cleaned up afterward.

Laundry circuit

Home office circuit

I work from a spare bedroom and needed a dedicated circuit for the equipment in there. Scheduling took a little back and forth, but the actual visit was straightforward. They checked the outlet location with me first, which I appreciated because the desk barely fits as it is.

Had the old smoke and carbon monoxide alarms replaced. They tested the new units before leaving and took away the packaging.

Dining room lighting

The dining room light is finally centered over the table. Looks great!

Outdoor motion light

Had a motion light installed by the side gate. It lights the path exactly where we needed it.

Ceiling fan replacement

Booked Menderix to replace an old ceiling fan. It wasn’t a big project, but they still took the time to make sure the new one sat properly and ran quietly. The packaging and old fan were cleared away before they left. Nice to have that off the list.

Dimmer replacement

Our dining room lights buzzed whenever we dimmed them, which got old pretty quickly. The electrician checked the fixtures and replaced the dimmer with one that worked properly with them. The lights are quiet now and dim smoothly. Such a small thing, but we use that room every evening and definitely notice the difference.

Kitchen lighting

I wanted better light over the kitchen counters without turning the ceiling into a row of spotlights. We talked through the placement before anything was installed. The finished result feels balanced, and the electrician made sure the switches worked the way I expected.

Garage workbench lighting and outlet

I wanted better lighting over my garage workbench and an outlet closer to where I use my tools. We figured out the positions together before the work started. The new light makes a huge difference when I’m working on something small. I should have done this a long time ago.

Patio lighting

The patio was always too dark near the steps. We had Menderix install new outdoor lighting and adjust where it was pointing. I can actually see the steps now, and the light stays on our patio instead of shining toward the neighbor’s windows. Really pleased with the placement.

I was helping my mom arrange rewiring at her house and couldn’t be there for every visit. Having someone keep us both informed made a big difference. They explained where access openings would be needed and what would need separate patching afterward, so we could plan for that too. My mom had quite a few questions about moving furniture and using different rooms while the work was happening. The crew took the time to answer her. They also sent me progress photos when I wasn’t there. It took some organizing on our side, but we didn’t feel left to figure everything out alone.
