Menderix is looking for a motivated Solar Installer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing residential solar systems, including racking, panels, and electrical components. Ideal candidates are comfortable working on roofs, follow safety protocols, and have experience with tools and basic construction.
Requirements:
– Experience in solar or general construction (1+ year preferred)
– Comfortable with heights and physical work
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Nice to have:
– Experience with Tesla, Enphase, or Sol-Ark systems
– Familiarity with conduit bending and basic wiring

We’re hiring a skilled Electrician to support residential solar and electrical projects. You’ll handle service panel upgrades, wiring, conduit, troubleshooting, and code-compliant installations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in residential work.
Requirements:
– Valid CA Electrical Certification or Journeyman license
– 2+ years of residential electrical experience
– Proficiency with conduit (EMT, PVC), subpanels, and grounding
– Ability to read blueprints and single-line diagrams
-Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Preferred:
– Experience with solar interconnections and battery backup systems (Tesla, Enphase, etc.)
– Familiarity with NEC and Title 24 compliance
